BOAO, China, March 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2026 (BFA) opened on March 24 in Hainan, China under the theme “Shaping a Shared Future: New Dynamics, New Opportunities, New Cooperation.” As the forum’s designated stationery supplier, Shanghai M&G Stationery Inc. (M&G, stock symbol 603899) has supported the event for more than 20 years since 2005, consistently supplying professional, high-quality products. M&G President Chen Huxiong has again been invited to attend, joining government and business leaders from across Asia and beyond.

This year, M&G introduced a co-branded collection created in collaboration with internationally recognized artist Florence Bamberger. Drawing on cosmic themes, the collection features celestial design elements across a full range of products, including writing instruments, notebooks, pencil cases, and backpacks. The premium stationery set allows attendees to experience the craftsmanship and expertise of China’s leading stationery brand.

Aligned with the forum’s sustainability focus, M&G debuted its Eco+Office low-carbon office series at the event. Designed for workplace use, the collection incorporates recycled plastics to reduce emissions at the source. Emissions data is calculated in accordance with ISO 14067 international standards and verified through full lifecycle carbon footprint assessments. M&G encourages more environmentally responsible choices through everyday office products.

As the first publicly listed company in China’s stationery sector to publish an ESG report, M&G continues to expand its sustainability initiatives and it has received a “B” score from the 2025 CDP for climate change. M&G was also included in S&P Global’s Sustainability Yearbook 2026, becoming the only mainland China-based company selected for this recognition.

With more than 30 years in the stationery industry, M&G invests over RMB 100 million annually in research and development and holds more than 1,400 patents. Its products have earned awards from leading international industrial design competitions. As one of the world’s largest stationery manufacturers, M&G has been included in the World Brand Lab’s “China’s 500 Most Valuable Brands” for eight consecutive years, with a brand value of RMB 25.655 billion.

From BFA to markets worldwide, M&G products are sold in more than 100 countries and regions, supported by nearly 70,000 retail outlets across China. The company continues to expand its international presence.

As of late April, Chad Reports 13 Deaths from Cholera Outbreak with Cases Surpassing 230

    August 8, 2026

Medical research staff analyze epidemiological surveillance data to track disease transmission. The epidemiological bulletin released from N’Djamena reveals that the infection remains largely concentrated within two main administrative regions. Public health records confirm that the majority of cases are located in the northern province of Hadjer Lamis and the capital region of N’Djamena. Data shows a significant increase in urban fatalities, with 11 of the 13 deaths occurring in the capital city during the first week of August alone. Although the government officially acknowledged the local epidemic on July 24, initial deaths related to the bacterial strain appeared as early as June 13. In response to the rapid spread in urban neighborhoods, emergency medical teams along with humanitarian partners have vaccinated approximately 50,800 residents in high-risk zones. Under the guidance of the World Health Organization, field teams are actively setting up specialized treatment centers to provide oral rehydration therapy and intravenous fluids to patients showing symptoms. Chad’s Cholera Crisis Results in 13 Deaths as Health Authorities Release Official Report Experts attribute the swift spread of Vibrio cholerae bacteria primarily to inadequate infrastructure, seasonal rainfall, and overcrowded living conditions. The infection, which causes severe diarrhea, transmits through contaminated food or water, leading to dehydration that can be fatal within hours if not treated. In N’Djamena and rural Hadjer Lamis, contaminated water sources are increasingly at risk of further pollution due to seasonal flooding that damages sanitation
